The Main Parts Of A Chainsaw

How It works?
Step 1: Fuel
The first step is to fill the gas tank. The fuel should be enough to handle the project. In other words, your engine shouldn’t be dead when you are working. For that reason, make sure that the fuel is enough. A typical gas powered chainsaw consumes 0.5 liters of gas. Depending on the one you buy, look at the requirement
Step 2: The Combustion process
This process takes place in the cylinder, where the fuel-air mixture burns to generate energy that cause the piston to move back and forth. The engine runs using a two stroke action.
Step 3: Conversion motion
Now, the chainsaw engine comes into contact with a piston leading to the conversion motion of the piston. Another thing that takes place is the power going to the centrifugal clutch using the drive shaft. When this happens the chainsaw engine starts to move.
The engine continues to move, but the chain won’t spin unless you want to cut the wood. For safety purposes, never let the chain spin when not in use. It not only wastes the energy and it’s also dangerous for you.
Keep in mind that the more the engine moves, the more it consumes more fuel. Which can be a little bit expensive to run. To save on the cost of fuel, you need to use the clutch more often.
You see, the centrifugal clutch is known for linking the engine to pull the throttle. This prevents the chain from spinning and the chainsaw goes into the idle motion.
At this point, the clutch disengages from the movement of the chain in the idle state, protect the user from injuries and save fuel. The one thing that you should not forget is the guide. The guide bar gives the chain more room to spin. Most guide bars come from the long steel plate material.
